Questions about Pay Per Incident
How Windows Support works after you pay, what we fix, and what we don't.
What counts as one incident?
One named Windows problem: a crash, a failed update, Wi-Fi that dropped, a slow PC, or a software install that won't finish. If a second unrelated issue shows up, that's a new incident, or you can move to monthly cover.
What happens after I pay?
You finish checkout, then message us in Whop chat. During weekday hours we pick up, start a remote session, and work the issue with you on the machine. That's how every case starts. There is no separate booking form.
Is this remote, or do you come on site?
Remote only. We diagnose and fix Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, Wi-Fi, and printers over a remote session. If the machine needs a part or a site visit, we'll say so and give unbiased hardware advice before you spend.
Who will I work with?
On the monthly plan you get the same dedicated expert every time, not a rotating helpdesk. Pay-per-incident is one named Windows issue, resolved remotely.
When can I get help?
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm GMT. Message us in chat during those hours after checkout and we'll start the session.
What kinds of problems do you actually fix?
Windows crashes and slow PCs, Wi-Fi and printers, Microsoft 365, password recovery, VPN and remote access for staff, software installs, OneDrive sync, and sharing permissions. Monthly customers also get a monthly security check, a strategy session, and a security-awareness PDF.
Do I need to install anything?
You need a working internet connection and to approve a remote session on the PC. We'll walk you through that in chat. You don't buy extra software from us.
Are there extra hourly charges?
No. Monthly Windows IT Support is a flat £749 with no hourly extras. Pay per incident is £99 + VAT for one named remote fix. We don't run a clock.
What if I need help again later?
Buy another incident, or switch to Windows IT Support at £749 a month if the same machines keep breaking. There is no contract on the one-off fee.
